About Grief & Loss Support Group
Grief and loss often follows a long timeline of processing. This peer-led group provides a safe place to begin the process of grieving the death of a family member or close friend through sharing stories of both sadness and hope.
Some participants drop in for just a session, others attend a few times a year, while still yet others become regular members of the community. This group is not a substitute for professional counseling and there is no curriculum for the group. All are welcome regardless of their faith background.
Advance signup is required. Request to join to contact the group leader with any questions about the group or to attend an upcoming meeting. Please share a little bit about yourself (ie. which service you attend (if any) when you submit your request.
